1. Warranty Scope

1.1 Limited Warranty Statement

Sigenergy provides a limited warranty for products sold through official authorized channels. This warranty guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The warranty period starts from the earlier of the following dates:
• The date on which the product is activated on site;

• If the product is not activated, the warranty period will automatically start 30 days after delivery.

2. Warranty Terms and Conditions

2.1 Conditions for Valid Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is valid only if the following conditions are met:
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided, such as order number, invoice, or equivalent document;
• The product has not been disassembled, repaired, or modified without authorization;
• The failure is not caused by improper use, external damage, natural disasters, or other human-related factors;
• The product remains connected to the network to support remote diagnosis and system updates;

• The use and operating environment comply with the product manual and applicable requirements.

2.2 Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

• The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
• Normal wear and tear, such as battery capacity degradation;
• Damage caused by the use of third-party accessories not authorized by Sigenergy;
• Damage caused by failure to comply with installation specifications or operating environment requirements;
Forged or invalid proof of purchase;
• Cosmetic conditions that do not affect product quality or functionality, such as scratches or minor impact marks;
• Force majeure events, including lightning strikes, fire, flood, etc.;
• Products that have been refunded or whose warranty period has expired;
• SN code or serial number has been altered, removed, destroyed, or is unreadable;
• Labor costs arising from installation, removal, or commissioning, unless expressly borne by Sigenergy;
• Indirect losses arising from power outages, loss of income, data loss, or similar circumstances;

• Use in life-support systems, medical equipment, or any application where failure may result in personal injury, death, or major property damage.

3. Warranty Service Process

3.1 Warranty Request

Customers may submit a warranty request by creating a support ticket through the Support module in the mySigen App.
The system will automatically collect the following information:
• Customer contact information;
• Product model and SN code;
• Fault information and operating data;
• Error messages and historical records.

This is the officially recommended service channel and can significantly improve processing efficiency.

3.2 Preliminary Diagnosis

• Sigenergy may conduct remote diagnosis, software upgrades, or parameter adjustments.

• Where necessary, Sigenergy may arrange further inspection or on-site service.

3.3 Inspection and Service Solutions

•Based on the inspection results, Sigenergy will provide one of the following solutions:
• Remote repair, such as software upgrade or configuration adjustment;
• On-site repair or component replacement;
• Full-unit replacement, with refurbished units prioritized and new units provided when refurbished stock is unavailable;

• Upgrade to an alternative model with equivalent or better performance.

3.4 Logistics and Cost Coverage

Within the warranty scope, Sigenergy will bear:
• Hardware costs required for repair or replacement;
• Reasonable transportation costs, limited to standard ground shipping;
• Necessary on-site labor costs, where applicable.
The following costs are not included in the warranty:
• Non-standard shipping, such as expedited delivery or special equipment transportation;
• Additional travel expenses, unless otherwise agreed;

• Customer-side labor or personnel costs.

3.5 Service Completion and Return

• Repaired or replacement products will be returned by Sigenergy or its service partners;
• Replacement products inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product;

• Replaced parts become the property of Sigenergy.

4. Additional Notes

4.1 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:
• Sigenergy’s maximum liability for a single product shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for that product;

• Sigenergy shall not be liable for any indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of income, electricity cost losses, downtime losses, or data loss.

4.2 Legal Rights

This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable local laws.
