This Policy applies to products purchased through Sigenergy’s official online store (eu-store.sigenegy.com) and is currently intended for customers in the Netherlands. It provides general information on order-related benefits, including our 30-day price guarantee, as well as shipping arrangements, delivery timelines, and related conditions for eligible orders placed through this store.

For products purchased through other sales channels, including authorized dealers, distributors, or third-party platforms, the applicable order, shipping, and after-sales terms shall be governed by the policies of the respective sales channel.

1. 30-Day Price Guarantee

To ensure a fair and consistent purchasing experience, Sigenergy offers a 30-day price protection guarantee for products purchased through our official website.
If the price of a product you have purchased is reduced within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the price difference. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the price adjustment, including promotional offers, limited-time discounts, or permanent price changes.
To initiate a price protection request, you must contact Sigenergy customer support within the 30-day period and provide:
• Valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice); and
• Evidence of the lower price currently displayed on our official website (e.g., product page link or screenshot).
All requests are subject to verification by Sigenergy. The lower price must be publicly available on our official website for the same product (including identical model, specifications, and region) at the time of the request.
Once approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Sigenergy reserves the right to interpret, modify, or discontinue this policy at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Costs and Delivery Area

Sigenergy offers free standard shipping for orders over €100 placed through the official online store. For orders of €100 or less, shipping fees may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process, unless expressly stated otherwise.
These Shipping Terms currently apply only to deliveries to the Netherlands. Orders to other countries or regions are not supported through this page at this time, unless otherwise stated during checkout or on the relevant product page.

The availability of certain products may vary depending on the delivery country and will be indicated during checkout or on the relevant product page.

2.2 Delivery Time and Order Processing

The estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from the shipping confirmation via E-mail.

Orders are processed on business days only. Orders are not regularly processed or handed over to the shipping provider on weekends or public holidays. For pre-order products or products with later availability, the delivery time depends on the estimated shipping or availability date stated on the product page.

2.3 Shipping Method and Partial Deliveries

The shipping method depends on the weight of the order.
Shipments weighing less than 30 kg are generally shipped via DPD or other major parcel service providers. Shipments weighing more than 30 kg are delivered by freight carrier. For freight deliveries, prior appointment scheduling may be required.

If your order includes multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments depending on inventory availability, product size, or shipping method. In such cases, individual items may arrive at different times.

2.4 Delivery Address and Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please carefully check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Sigenergy is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or no longer changeable delivery information.

2.5 Delivery Delays, Incorrect Delivery, and Transport Damage

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, public holidays, logistics constraints, freight processes, or other circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, Sigenergy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or other disadvantages arising from delivery delays or failed deliveries.
If you receive an incorrect product or notice that the goods have been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt. Where possible, please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected product.
