SigenMate Early-Bird Campaign

1. Introduction to the Campaign

The SigenMate Early-Bird campaign applies exclusively to the official website eu-store.sigenergy.com. The campaign runs from 22 June 2026, 10:00 (CEST) to 14 July 2026, 10:00 (CEST).

As part of this campaign, users can subscribe to the Early-Bird newsletter and thereby receive exclusive benefits related to the SigenMate product. These include:

• a 50 € coupon (Early-Bird discount) for the purchase of SigenMate after the official launch;

• automatic entry into a prize draw for a €1,000 voucher.

By subscribing during the Early-Bird campaign, you provide your email address to receive communications related to the Early-Bird campaign, including your €50 coupon, prize draw notifications, and product launch updates, as well as future information about Sigenergy products, promotions, offers, and related marketing activities. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email.

Sigenergy reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time for operational, technical, legal, or regulatory reasons, to the extent permitted by law. The information published on the official website shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

Eligible participants are individuals aged 18 or over who subscribe to the Early-Bird newsletter on eu-store.sigenergy.com during the campaign period and provide a valid email address.

Only one participation per person and email address is allowed. The campaign is strictly intended for end consumers.

Multiple registrations, automated sign-ups, bots, scripts, or any form of abusive or manipulative behavior are prohibited. Sigenergy reserves the right to exclude participantsif objective evidence confirms a breach of these terms; the participant will be notified of the exclusion grounds via the registered email address.

3. Extra €50 Coupon (Early-Bird Benefit)

After successfully subscribing to the Early-Bird newsletter, eligible users will receive an extra €50 coupon for the purchase of SigenMate Series.

The coupon can be redeemed from the official product launch on 14 July 2026 until 31 July 2026 (local time) at eu-store.sigenergy.com.

Redemption Conditions:

• The coupon can be combined with additional promotional benefits available during the SigenMate launch period, providing users with an enhanced overall saving experience.

• The coupon is valid exclusively for SigenMate Serieson the official website.

• The coupon is valid for redemption from 14 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.

• The coupon can only be applied to eligible SigenMate purchases, and only one coupon can be used per order.

• The coupon is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed for other products or services.

• Redemption is subject to product availability and the applicable purchase, payment, and delivery terms.

• In cases of misuse, multiple registrations, or violation of these terms, Sigenergy reserves the right to cancel or deactivate the coupon.

• Use of the coupon does not exclude your statutory consumer rights under Dutch law, including the 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.

• In the event of a return or refund, including cases where the consumer exercises their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the €50 coupon will not be refunded or reissued. The coupon is strictly for one-time use only and cannot be reused for any subsequent purchases or transactions.

4. Prize Draw for a €1,000 voucher

All users who subscribe to the Early-Bird newsletter will automatically enter a prize draw for a €1,000 voucher. No additional action or purchase is required.

Prize Draw Process:

• The prize consists of €1,000 voucher.

• The winner will be notified by email within one week after the end of the campaign. The email will include further instructions on how to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within two weeks, Sigenergy reserves the right to select a new winner.

• The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.Sigenergy is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable email addresses.

General Conditions

• For any inquiries or issues related to the promotion, users may contact the customer support channel provided on the official website.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional activity, in whole or in part, where necessary due to technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be published on the official website and shall not affect rights already lawfully acquired.

• By participating in any promotional activity, users agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions. Decisions made by the organizer regarding eligibility, participation, or outcomes are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect any statutory rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.
