SigenMate Giveaway for SigenStor Customers
1. Introduction to the Giveaway
The SigenMate Giveaway for SigenStor Customers (the “Giveaway”) is available exclusively through the designated Sigenergy campaign page on the official website at eu-store.sigenergy.com.
The Giveaway runs from September 23, 2026, 00:00 (CEST) to October 11, 2026, 23:59 (CEST) (the “Giveaway Period”).
The Giveaway is organised to celebrate the launch of SigenMate and to thank existing SigenStor customers for their continued support of Sigenergy.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible SigenStor customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw for the chance to win 1 × SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit, valued at €1,499 (RRP).
Eligible SigenStor customers who are already subscribed at the start of the Giveaway Period will be entered automatically and no additional action is required. Eligible SigenStor customers who subscribe through the designated campaign page during the Giveaway Period will be entered automatically once their subscription is successfully completed.
No purchase is required to participate in the Giveaway.
Sigenergy reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Giveaway where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such change will not affect rights already validly acquired before the change takes effect.
The latest information published on the official website shall apply.
2. Eligibility
Eligible participants must be adult end customers who are SigenStor customers and meet the applicable subscription requirements during the Giveaway Period.
The following customers will automatically be entered into the prize draw:
- Eligible SigenStor customers who are already subscribed to Sigenergy communications at the start of the Giveaway Period.
- Eligible SigenStor customers who successfully subscribe through the designated campaign page during the Giveaway Period.
For customers who are already subscribed at the start of the Giveaway Period, no additional registration, purchase or other action is required.
This Giveaway is available only to eligible customers with a delivery address in the Netherlands.
Each eligible customer may receive only one entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of email addresses, subscriptions, purchases or other registrations associated with that customer.
If an eligible participant unsubscribes before the end of the Giveaway Period, the participant will automatically be removed from the prize draw and will no longer be eligible to win.
The Giveaway is intended solely for end customers and not for resale, commercial redistribution, automated participation or other commercial purposes.
Sigenergy reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel participation where there is objective evidence of fraud, misuse, duplicate or automated registrations, manipulation of the Giveaway, or any other violation of these Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
Where reasonably practicable, affected customers will be informed accordingly.
3. SigenMate Giveaway and Prize Draw
Eligible participants are automatically added to the Giveaway entry list once they meet the eligibility requirements during the Giveaway Period.
At the end of the Giveaway Period, one winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries remaining in the Giveaway entry list.
The prize consists of:
- 1 × SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit, valued at €1,499 (RRP).
The winner will be notified by email within two weeks after the end of the Giveaway Period. The notification email will provide further information regarding prize fulfilment and delivery.
If the selected winner does not respond within two weeks after the winner notification email is sent, Sigenergy reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that participant and randomly select an alternative eligible winner.
Sigenergy is not responsible for winner notifications that cannot be delivered as a result of an incorrect email address, spam filtering or other circumstances outside Sigenergy's reasonable control.
Except for the purchase-price reimbursement mechanism expressly described below, the prize:
- Is non-transferable.
- Is non-refundable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
- Cannot be exchanged for another product or service.
If the selected winner has already purchased a SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit from the official Sigenergy EU Store before the winner is notified, Sigenergy will refund the actual purchase price paid for one eligible SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit, after taking into account any applicable discounts or coupons.
If the selected winner has purchased a bundle that includes a SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit together with one or more SigenMate BAT 2700 Expansion Batteries, that purchase will also qualify for the reimbursement mechanism. In such cases, the refund will be limited to the amount attributable to one SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit within the purchased bundle, after allocation of any applicable discounts or coupons.
Any reimbursement under this provision applies only to the eligible SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit and does not include:
- SigenMate BAT 2700 Expansion Batteries or other products included in the order.
- Accessories or optional products.
- Shipping charges or other non-product charges.
The reimbursement mechanism does not entitle the winner to receive both a physical SigenMate 2700 Ultra main unit and a refund for a previously purchased main unit. Where an eligible reimbursement is made, it will constitute fulfilment of the prize.
Receipt of the prize remains subject to product availability and successful delivery to an eligible address in the Netherlands.

- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional activity, in whole or in part, where necessary due to technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be published on the official website and shall not affect rights already lawfully acquired.
- By participating in any promotional activity, users agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions. Decisions made by the organizer regarding eligibility, participation, or outcomes are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect any statutory rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.
- All purchases made in connection with promotional activities are subject to the applicable purchase terms, return policies, and general commercial conditions of the respective online store.
- Promotional offers are intended exclusively for end consumers. Orders placed by wholesalers, distributors, or for commercial resale purposes may be excluded from participation.
- Any form of fraudulent, abusive, automated, or manipulative behavior may result in exclusion from promotional participation. Affected participants will be notified via their registered email with supporting grounds for exclusion.
