Sigenergy reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to operational, technical, legal, or regulatory reasons, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The information published on the official website shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

Eligible participants are adult end customers who place a qualifying order for an eligible SigenMate Series product on eu-store.sigenergy.com during the promotion period.

This promotion is exclusively intended for end customers, with shipping available only to the Netherlands.

Sigenergy reserves the right to exclude or cancel orders if there is objective evidence of fraud, misuse, automated ordering, or any other violation of these promotion terms and conditions. Affected customers will be notified accordingly.

3 Power Deals Discount

During the promotion period, customers purchasing selected SigenMate Series products will receive the Power Dealsdiscount displayed on the official website.

Conditions:

• The promotional discount applies exclusively to eligible SigenMate Series products on eu-store.sigenergy.com.

• The discount is valid only during the promotion period.

• The discount will be automatically applied in the shopping cart or during checkout, provided that all eligibility requirements are met.

• The discount is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed for other products or services.

• The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts, unless otherwise stated on the official website.

The €100 coupon is valid only for the purchase of the following products:

• SigenMate BAT 2700 Expansion Battery

• SigenMate 2700 Ultra with Expansion Battery, including: SigenMate 2700 Ultra + SigenMate BAT 2700 and SigenMate 2700 Ultra + SigenMate BAT 2700 ×2

The €100 coupon is valid until September 20, 2026, 23:59 (CEST). Any unused coupon will automatically expire after this date.

The coupon must be entered during checkout before the order is completed and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

The coupon:

• is valid only on eu-store.sigenergy.com;

• is valid only for the eligible products listed above;

• cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent;

• cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases;

Any additional restrictions or eligibility requirements displayed together with the coupon on the official website shall also apply.

In the event of a return or refund, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer after application of the €100 coupon.
