Sigen Power Season-Autumn Early Access

1 Introduction to the Promotion

The Sigen Power Season – Autumn Early Access promotion (the “Promotion”) is available exclusively on the official Sigenergy website at eu-store.sigenergy.com. The Promotion runs from September 23, 2026, 00:00 (CEST) to September 29, 2026, 23:59 (CEST) (the “Early Access Period”).

During the Early Access Period, eligible customers may benefit from:

• An exclusive €1,100 Coupon Pack by subscribing through the designated subscription form on the Official Website.
• Early Access Price Guarantee pricing on selected SigenMate Series products identified as eligible for the Price Guarantee on the Official Website.

The €1,100 Coupon Pack consists of six individual coupons with a combined face value of €1,100. Each coupon is subject to its own minimum qualifying order value as set out in Section 3 below. Coupons within the Coupon Pack cannot be combined with one another.

Selected Price Guarantee products can be purchased during the Early Access Period at the same base promotional selling price that will apply during the official Sigen Power Season – Autumn Sale from September 30 to October 11, 2026, subject to the conditions set out in Section 4.

Eligible products, applicable prices, coupon requirements and other Promotion information will be displayed on the Official Website.

Sigenergy reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal or regulatory reasons, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such change will not affect orders already validly completed before the change takes effect.

The latest information published on the Official Website shall apply.

2 Eligibility

Eligible participants must be adult end customers participating in the Promotion through the Official Website during the applicable Promotion period.

The Promotion is intended solely for end customers and not for resale, commercial redistribution, automated purchasing or other commercial use.

Sigenergy reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel participation where there is objective evidence of fraud, misuse, duplicate or automated registrations, manipulation of promotional codes, or any other violation of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

Where reasonably practicable, affected customers will be informed accordingly.

This Promotion is available only to customers with a delivery address in the Netherlands.

3 €1,100 Subscription Coupon Pack

Customers who successfully subscribe through the designated subscription form on the Official Website during the Early Access Period will receive an exclusive €1,100 Coupon Pack by email.

The Coupon Pack contains six individual coupons:

• €20 Coupon – no minimum order value.
• €50 Coupon – minimum qualifying order value of €1,500.
• €100 Coupon – minimum qualifying order value of €2,000.
• €200 Coupon – minimum qualifying order value of €3,000.
• €300 Coupon – minimum qualifying order value of €4,000.
• €430 Coupon – minimum qualifying order value of €5,500.

The combined face value of all six coupons is €1,100. The €1,100 amount represents the total value of the Coupon Pack and does not mean that €1,100 may be deducted from a single order.

Only one coupon can be applied to each order. Coupons from the Coupon Pack cannot be combined with one another.

The Coupon Pack is limited to one per customer and one per email address during the Promotion. Repeated subscriptions, including subscriptions using multiple email addresses by the same customer, do not entitle that customer to additional Coupon Packs.

The Coupon Pack will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the customer following successful subscription.

All coupons are valid exclusively for purchases of eligible SigenMate Series products on the Official Website.

For the purposes of determining whether a minimum qualifying order value has been reached, the qualifying order value will be calculated based on the subtotal of eligible SigenMate products:

• After application of any automatic product-level discount, if applicable;
• Before application of the selected Coupon Pack coupon; and
• Excluding shipping charges and any other non-product charges.

Coupons from the €1,100 Coupon Pack may be used together with the applicable Early Access Price Guarantee price described in Section 4.

Each coupon must be entered and successfully applied during checkout before the order is completed. Coupons cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

All coupons are valid until October 11, 2026, 23:59 (CEST). Any unused coupon will automatically expire after this date.

Coupons:

• Are valid only on the Official Website.
• Are valid only for eligible SigenMate Series products.
• Are subject to the applicable minimum qualifying order value stated above.
• Cannot be combined with another coupon from the €1,100 Coupon Pack.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Receipt of a Coupon Pack does not guarantee product availability or reserve any product for the customer.

Where a customer makes a partial return and, as a result, the value of the products retained by the customer falls below the minimum qualifying order value required for the coupon originally used, Sigenergy reserves the right to recalculate the promotional benefit when determining the applicable refund amount, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For example, where a coupon was granted on the basis of a minimum qualifying order value that is no longer met following a partial return, the amount of the coupon benefit may be taken into account when calculating the refund.

All eligible products and promotional offers are subject to availability and apply while stocks last. If an eligible product becomes unavailable, Sigenergy may remove or temporarily suspend the applicable promotional offer without affecting orders already successfully completed.

Sigenergy is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of the Coupon Pack resulting from an incorrectly entered email address, spam filtering or other circumstances outside Sigenergy's reasonable control.

Any additional restrictions or eligibility requirements displayed together with the relevant coupon on the Official Website shall also apply.

4 Early Access Price Guarantee

Selected SigenMate Series products displayed on the Official Website with an “Early Access Price Guarantee”, “Price Guaranteed”, or equivalent designation are eligible for the Price Guarantee.

For each eligible product, the base promotional selling price displayed during the Early Access Period from September 23 to September 29, 2026 will remain unchanged throughout the official Sigen Power Season – Autumn Sale from September 30 to October 11, 2026.

This allows customers to purchase eligible products during the Early Access Period without having to wait until the Autumn Sale to obtain the applicable promotional base selling price.

For the purposes of this Promotion, Sigenergy will not publicly offer the same eligible product, identified by the same SKU and product configuration, at a lower base selling price on the Official Website during the period from September 23, 2026, 00:00 (CEST) to October 11, 2026, 23:59 (CEST).

The Price Guarantee applies only to the publicly displayed base selling price of the exact eligible SKU and configuration.

The use of a valid coupon from the €1,100 Coupon Pack may therefore result in a lower final checkout amount than the displayed Price Guarantee price. Such coupon savings do not constitute a reduction of the product's base selling price for the purposes of the Price Guarantee.

The Price Guarantee does not constitute a representation that the relevant product price is the lowest historical price at which the product has ever been offered.

General Conditions

• For any inquiries or issues related to the promotion, users may contact the customer support channel provided on the official website.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional activity, in whole or in part, where necessary due to technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any updates will be published on the official website and shall not affect rights already lawfully acquired.
• By participating in any promotional activity, users agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions. Decisions made by the organizer regarding eligibility, participation, or outcomes are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect any statutory rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.
• All purchases made in connection with promotional activities are subject to the applicable purchase terms, return policies, and general commercial conditions of the respective online store.
• Promotional offers are intended exclusively for end consumers. Orders placed by wholesalers, distributors, or for commercial resale purposes may be excluded from participation.
